With over 34 years of experience in the building industry, Chuck McArthur has honed his skills from the ground up. Starting his career in framing at just 17, he founded his own framing business in 1999, crafting and repairing homes throughout Colorado for various contractors. In 2006, he expanded his expertise by becoming a General Contractor, establishing Dreamscape Custom Homes Inc. This company specializes in custom home building, additions, garages, decks, and remodels. Chuck personally oversees much of the work, ensuring that every project is treated as if it were his own home—prioritizing quality over quantity.

Malia McArthur complements Chuck's hands-on expertise with her extensive background in business. Having spent over 34 years in the industry, she began her career working for suppliers before earning a degree in Business Administration and Accounting. Currently, she serves as a Controller for a government contractor, bringing vital financial acumen to their business.
